Château Minuty – Gassin
One of the most iconic rosé producers in Provence and a true Saint-Tropez classic. The estate overlooks the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and produces some of the region's most celebrated rosés. A beautiful stop for tastings and wine shopping.
Ultimate Provence – La Garde-Freinet
A modern and stylish winery with a completely different atmosphere from the traditional estates. Besides excellent rosé wines, you'll find a beautiful terrace, restaurant, hotel, spa, and padel courts that can be booked throughout the summer. Perfect for a relaxed afternoon combining wine, sport, and Provençal lifestyle.
Domaine Fondugues-Pradugues – Ramatuelle
A beautiful, family-owned wine estate tucked away in the vineyards of Ramatuelle, just minutes from Pampelonne Beach. Fondugues-Pradugues produces organic and biodynamic wines with a wonderfully relaxed approach. Come for a tasting, enjoy a picnic among the vines or stay for dinner overlooking the vineyard. One of our favourite places to combine great wine, food and that effortless Saint-Tropez feeling.

A small and highly regarded estate known for producing elegant, organic rosés. Less commercial than some of the larger wineries and loved by wine enthusiasts looking for authenticity and exceptional quality.
